Excited to share that our article has been nominated for the 2026 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research.

Together with Marie Evertsson and Ylva Moberg, I studied how the transition to parenthood affects earnings in different-sex and female same-sex couples across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, and how family policies shape these inequalities.

It is wonderful to see this research receive international recognition, especially for a topic that remains so important for understanding gender inequality and family life among same-sex couples.
